 | 2005-11-29   I Konstnärerna Lisa W Carlssons och Jan Björkmans ljus-projekt ingår förutom belysningen av Kubals skorstenar även ljussättning av Cementa-silon strax utanför Sundsvall. Resultatet är mäktigt, men dock ej lika häftigt som Kubals skorstenar. Detta inte enbart p.g.a. Kubals gigantiska dimensioner, utan mest för att man enbart belyst Cementa med en enda (rosa) färg. Hade man belyst den ena silon med detta rosa ljus och den andra med en kontrasterande färg, t.ex. grönt eller ljusblått - cyan - hade effekten flerfaldigats.
 The artists Lisa W Carlsson's and Jan Björkman's project also extends to illuminating the Cementa silo just outside of Sundsvall.The result is powerful, but not as awesome as the Kubal chimneys. This not only due to Kubal's gigantic proportions, but mostly because only one (pink) color is used in the illumination of Cementa. If one of the silos had been illuminated with this pink light and the other with a contrasting color, such as green or blue - cyan - then the effect would have been significantly more powerful. |
