The blue whale was the first of the Invicta... dinosaurs. Perhaps they believed the animal soon to be extinct back in the seventies.
The whale is not only just not a dinosaur, it's also way out of scale compared to the dinosaurs which mostly are 1:45 in scale. If made in that scale the whale would have been somewhat longer than the Diplodocus.
This was the last piece to complete my collecting of these models which started almost 30 years ago with the Stegosaurus.
