      jag älskar dessa målningar! har aldrig sett sättet att måla djävular på det sättet. men dom var verkligen mycket vackra:) ville bara nämmna det att jag är en tjej på bara 15år, tänkte att det vore kul för andra att veta att även sådana unga människor som jag är intreserade av konst... Älskade skulpturerna på tidigare sidan och även dessa målningar. Jo... tack för inspirationen:)

      This & spiritualizing remind me of the Beltane Fire celebrations in Edinburgh where lots of frisky red people join the procession. The colour red shouldn't represent anything bad or threatening, but I suppose it depends on your perspective. What I've taken from this painting is that the Sun Suck looks like good harmless fun for those who can. I wish I had a tail!

    Souls, spirits - or red people with tails - in limbo gather around the vortex which is created when a foetus is going to be spiritualized. The one getting there first gets a trip to Earth (as a prize?!).

      Spännande. Allt biologiskt liv strävar efter ljus. Apor släpper allt för att skälla(skrika) och dansa inför den nedstigande eller uppstigande solen, sedan återgår de till sitt(finns också avbildade med höjda armar inför solguden Re). Även människor har drivkraften, något som William James menar är evolutionens drivkraft. Ljuset vi dras till, menar han, är självmedvetande. För mig blir bilden en insyn i vår hjärna, där synapsen som helhet upplyser de fria transmittorerna(serotonin/ röda människor med svans) och skapar en aktionspotential. Är dom tillräcklig många för att alstra en signal?
