      There are a few possible scenarios here, the smaller guy could just have gotten in the titans' way; they hardly noticing him - which would rhyme well symbolically with ordinary people getting in the way of power mongers and world politics taking place far over their heads.

      Or perhaps the female titan is pushing away the male one in order to protect the little man.

      The small man may be insignificant and the man looks like he is angry and trying to back away from the woman as the woman is trying to get him to listen or to stay..

      This is excellent. It's good to see such an emotive goose on canvas, (or on board as the case may be). There is a beautiful and immediate quality about the whole thing and your discription is immediate and beautiful too.
