Some cat/manlike figures see as their aim to climb around in the cube-shaped scaffold in the centre of the painting. In the middle of the scaffold hangs a bell.
The painting was slightly remade after this picture was taken; the dodecahedron n the foreground was replaced with a spiked sphere.
